Q. DO I HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER?

No pre-registration is required, however there will be a Service NSW QR code system at the entry gate.

Q. DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND?

Yes. In line with NSW government guidelines for the staging of public events, all guests will be required to show their COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate or immunisation history statement (either printed or on a smart phone) to enter the site.

Those with a medical exemption will also need to show their immunisation history or medical certificate to our friendly staff upon arrival. 

Q. DO I HAVE TO SIGN IN?

Yes, in accordance with the current NSW Public Health Order all attendees will need to electronically register for the event via the event QR code, and entry is conditional upon completing this process.

Q. WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO HELP ME SIGN IN?

Our friendly Guest Services team will be there to help you if you have any issues or concerns during sign in.

Q. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A DEVICE?

No problems! Please advise one of our friendly team members once in line and we can check you in.

Q. ARE THERE LIMITED NUMBERS?

We will be maintaining a capacity limit of 1500 at the venue at any one time, so you may encounter a short wait upon arrival.

Q. THE SITE IS FENCED – WHERE DO WE ENTER THIS YEAR?

Main entry is through a designated entry gate via the William Street end of the square. Please note, to maintain a single direction of flow there is a separate exit gate that comes out onto the College street footpath.

Accessible entry is via the ramp on the Cook and Phillip side of the square.

Q. IS THERE AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRY?

Of course! There is an accessible entry ramp via the Cook and Phillip side of the square.

Q. I DO NOT INTEND ON ATTENDING THE EVENT BUT HAVE ACCESSIBILITY/MOBILITY ISSUES AND AM CONCERNED I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRANSIT THROUGH THE SQUARE. 

Please make yourself known to our staff at the main EXIT gate on College Street if you need to travel to Woolloomooloo, and our staff at the accessibility ramp on the Cook and Phillip side of the square if travelling to the CBD. They will direct you through the square to the exit. Please note that you will still need to register your attendance before entering in order to comply with COVID regulations. 

Other pedestrians will be required to walk around the event site via William Street or St Mary’s Road. We appreciate your understanding.
